The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Died in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision
Vince Zampella, who helped create the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in the state of California he was 55 years old.
The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
The renowned game designer passed away following his automobile collided and burst into flames on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, as reported by.
"This is a devastating loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, those closest to him, and everyone impacted by his creative vision," an official with Electronic Arts said.
