The Ideal Pocket Monster Legends: Z-A Super Form Based on Your Zodiac Sign

The comeback of Super Forms in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has ignited immense excitement across the fandom. Starting with the gradual reveal of fresh additions before the game's release, to players forming firm opinions on the entire roster of new Megas, there's a lot for fans to look forward to.

With many of the Mega Evolutions showcasing unique appearances that emphasize their traits, one idea came to mind: What's the best way to link this with zodiac signs? This list is inspired by a blend of vibes, sign stereotypes, and individual observations.

The Ram – Super Camerupt

Honestly, Houndoom was nearly chosen for this fire sign, as both are the Mega Pokémon and astrological sign that evoke the greatest apprehension. However, a Mega Houndoom appears as always angry, which isn't typical of the Ram's energy, renowned for being fun, cheerful, and spontaneous. This makes the Ram far more similar to Mega Camerupt, which solely spews lava when provoked. Stay on the good side of both and benefit from a powerful partner; if you cross them, be ready to get burned.

The Bull – Super Heracross

Much like a loyal Bull, the steadfast Heracross species, both in its standard and Mega form, has aided numerous trainers in Legends: Z-A. While trustworthy, both the Pokémon and a Bull are also Fighting types, and – be it their companion or a strong opinion – will stand up for their side to the end. The thing about Super Heracross that recalls most of my Bull-sign companions, though, is its unashamed love of treats. Many past Pokédex entries mention their craving for tasty tree sap and how it employs its appendage to collect it everything, which is true Bull-sign vibe.

The Twins – Mega Medicham

Look at this total royalty. It's impossible to convince me this creature is not the life of every party, providing an constant stream of chatter to those who wish to listen. Much like an captivating, gregarious Gemini, it's very simple to imagine Mega Medicham mesmerizing an entire Wild Zone with their stories. This Pokémon's Pokédex entry also states its capacity to predict an enemy’s future actions, which seems very similar to a people-smart Gemini.

Cancer – Mega Manectric

The Crab is commonly regarded as the most sensitive sign of the astrological wheel, a passionate sign famous for often getting wrapped up in their feelings. According to the official info, Super Evolution charges the Pokémon with a “tremendous amount of energy, but it's too much for this Pokémon to completely control,” which seems a lot like a classic Crab emotional outburst. It is also known for its capability to make a storm cloud over its very head – and if there’s a single trait a Crab is going to do, it’s spoil their good time.

The Lion – Mega Starmie

Well, did you think I was planning to select the lion Pokémon for the king of the zodiac? Besides the reality that it would be much too obvious, Leo is obviously Mega Starmie, the star whose gams just went viral for being too glamorous (or terrifying, depending on your preference). Fans couldn’t look away from the purple starfish, and that’s exactly the same energy a Lion offers to the scene. Starmie is also said to be transmitting signals from its red core out into the cosmos, and it’s typical of a Leo to be putting on a show, even if for aliens.

Virgo – Super Victreebel

The always-ready and constantly-worried Virgo is ideally represented in Mega Victreebel, the Mega with perpetual acid reflux. The zodiac symbol famous for being charmingly critical is strongly reflected throughout this Pokémon’s whole lineage, from a always shocked expression like a Virgo when you inform them you lack a retirement plan, to its upside-down face that’s similar to the symbol a Virgo sends to the chatroom when all says they want to “go with the flow” instead of making a plan.

Libra – Super Audino

Look at this gentle, sensitive creature, who employs the feelers on its ears to tell how others are emotionally by their pulse. Always compassionate – occasionally to a detriment – and trying to maintain the harmony, there are numerous Libras who would probably benefit from Mega Audino’s abilities. However, let’s be honest, it would probably just cause them to worry even more about others.

Scorpio – Super Banette

Banette is a Pokémon with a surprisingly tragic backstory: Abandoned as a doll, it became sentient through sheer hatred and vowed retribution on its former owner. Per the official info, Super Evolution, “enhances its vindictiveness.” That seems precisely like many conversations I’ve had with my intense Scorpio acquaintances. A Scorpion loves karma and comeuppance, making them the ideal pair with Super Banette.

Sagittarius – Mega Hawlucha

Each Super Hawlucha and Archers are constantly staging a performance. As a Sagittarius personally, the number of occasions I’ve called myself some variation of a “silly little jester” is countless. The most flamboyant and most attention-seeking Mega Evolution, its Pokédex entry even mentions how it “flexes to display its strength.” I would do the exact same thing if I had a Mega evolved form, making Mega Hawlucha the most apt Sagittarius counterpart I can think of.

Capricorn – Mega Absol

Did you know that a Mega Absol has the ability to foresee disasters ahead of time? That gives the identical energy as a Capricorn, who tends to always think they’re correct. Interestingly, similar to a prophetic Super Absol, they frequently are. It’s also the absolute initial Mega Evolution that players meet in Legends: Z-A – just like a Capricorn to get in on the beginning of the Mega trend.

Aquarius – Mega Chandelure

Aloof element Water Bearer is arguably the non-fire placement that is most like a fire sign – its sister sign is the Lion, and there are countless memes about Sagittarius and Water Bearer being chaotic partners in crime. Mega Chandelure’s double Spirit/Flame category matches seamlessly with this, and the Super Form's general daunting presence is also extremely Water Bearer. If you weren’t already persuaded, the Super Form's Pokédex entry says it “draws in hatred and converts it into power.” If that fails to perfectly {encaps
